Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password ourselves).
• Journal data: everything you enter about your trades — instrument, prices, size, your pre-trade plan, psychology notes, and any chart screenshots you upload. This is the core of the product; it's yours.
• Preferences: small technical cookies for staying signed in and remembering your timezone (used to show your trades on the right calendar day) and display currency. None of these are used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

How we use it

Your journal data is used to power the analytics you see in the app — win rate, P&L, setup performance, discipline tracking, and so on. If you use the CSV import feature and your broker's file doesn't match our expected format, we send the column headers and a couple of sample rows (never your full file, and never your psychology notes) to Anthropic's Claude API to figure out the mapping automatically.

"Ask Mickey" chat: when you use the chat panel attached to a trade receipt or a detected pattern, your question and the figures needed to answer it (drawn only from your own journal — never your raw trade list) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. We also keep a log of the plain text of the questions you type (not Mickey's replies) — this is how we decide whether a fuller, persistent version of this chat is worth building. Nothing from this chat is used for advertising, and it is never shown to other users.

AI Coach page: the full conversation on this page isn't stored. As you chat, we periodically generate and save a single short topic line for that day (e.g. "Talked about Friday's discipline drop"), shown back to you the next time you visit so you can recall what you last discussed — never the underlying messages, and never used to answer a later question.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your trading data with other users.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and the app itself is hosted on Vercel. Chart screenshots are kept in a private storage bucket only you can access.

Your rights

You can edit or delete any journal entry at any time from within the app. To export your full data or permanently delete your account, contact us — see below.
